x+y+76°=180°.... measure of each tri angle is 180°

so, x+x+76=180°..from (1).

2x=180°-76°

2x=104

x=104/2

x=52°

therefore y= 52°.

b)angle y = angle PQS

angle PQS = angle PRS..(angles in alternate segment)..(1)

so,angle PRS =75°

then , angle PQR = 75°..from (1).

therefore angle y = 75°

angle PQS= 1/2 arc PS.. (inscribed angle theorem.)

so, arc PS= 2 ×angle PQS

So, arc PS= 2 × 75° .

therefore,arc PS =150°

angle x = angle POS

angle POS= arc PS ........(central angle )

so, arc PS= 150°.

therefore, angle POS = 150°.
