Rod B will sink more because the pressure is more because the firce acting on the surface area is more so Rod B will Sink

The rod B will sink as it has less area which is touching with the surface of the sand so as we know that pressure is inversly proportional to area so the rod B will exert a higher pressure in the sand owing to which it will sink.....
