the line passes through 3 points here

lets name them

A(0,0)

B(3,2)

C(-3,-2)

slope of a line passing through 2 points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by

m=(y2-y1) / (x2-x1)

lets take points A and B

here x1=0, y1=0  and x2=3, y2=2

so m=(2-0) / (3-0) =2/3

and notice that 'm' remains same no matter what points you choose (check it)

equation of a line is given by       y=mx+c

where c is the y-intercept  and (x,y) is any point on the line

so equation of a line is  y = (2/3)x + c  where m=2/3

but y-intercept i.e 'c' is zero here as line passes through origin

so equation of line  now is y= (2/3)x      i.e option A
