We know C.O.M of ladder is at 2.5 from ground ( so X1 = 2.5)
and COM of man is at 2 (so X2 =2)
now Xcm = M1X1 +M2X2/M1+M2
= 20×2.5 + 60 × 2 / 20+60
= 50+120/80 = 2.125
so ans. is 2.125
