2 {}^{x} = 3{}^{ - x} \\ = > 2 {}^{x} = \frac{1}{3 {}^{x} } \\ = > 2 {}^{x} \times 3 {}^{x} =1 \\ = > 6 {}^{x} = 1 \\ = > 6 {}^{0} = 1

Hence,, the value of x is 0

Hope it helps
