Solution

 \frac{6x + 1}{3} + 1 = \frac{x - 3}{6} \\ \frac{6x + 1 + 3}{3 } = \frac{x - 3}{6} \\ 6(6x + 1 + 3) = 3(x - 3) \\ \sf Cross \: Multiplication \uparrow \\ 2(6x + 1 + 3) = (x - 3) \\ 12x + 8 = x - 3 \\ 12x - x = - 8 - 3 \\ 11x = - 11 \\ x = - 1 \\ \sf \color{lime}\: Hence \: the \: Value \: of \: x \: is \: - 1
