Explanation:

1) 86% of Delhi's total water supply comes from surface water, namely the Yamuna River. Hence it is the main source of water besides wells tubewells and canals.

4) ⇒Either the people should opt for the burial of idols or  create a specific water body with the help of the government for immersion of idols instead of the Ganges.

⇒ Idols can be made up of natural degradable materials like wood, mud etc. instead of toxic materials.
