when there is an imperative sentence ( sentence which means ordering, requesting, giving suggestion) in passive voice let, request and ordered are used. Now here you are requesting. so it would be you are requested. You can't use let but ordered can be used but it will give a bad impression like you are ordered to help me, you are requesting
