Dividing 5/11 by 7/33

 \frac{5}{11}  \div  \frac{7}{33}

Now we will change the sign of multiple , so we get

 \frac{5}{11}  \times  \frac{33}{7}

 \frac{15}{7}

So, 15/7 is the solution .
