A very pleasant to one and all present here , on this auspicious day I would like to remind you all about the gender wall in our country . Did you people ever see girls playing cricket on the roads , at least girls moving out on the roads merely ? Never ! That is the wall in our country . If a women needs to come to the top ,she needs to face many herculean tasks and overcome all the hurdles . This is built deep in the roots our minds . We need to break it ! we need to be a country where women have equal rights and equal power to men !
