If it is congruence based... then the answer is Side-Side-Side congruency theorem as the figure is a parallelogram where the opposite sides are equal and the diagonal is common.
AB=CD (Opp. sides of a parallelogram)
AC=BD (" " " )
BC=BC (Common)
Thus the triangles are congruent.
