In the first one 256 is square of 16 and x4 is square of x2 so,
Put (16)2-(x)2
This is make =(16+x)16-x)
Now, divide it from 4+x
That is 16+x/4+x and 16-x/4+x
=4×4
16.
I think it is the right way
