This is an easy question so I will just hint you and try it yourself
subtract four times of area of sector from the area of square
find area of any one sector using its formula, multiply by four and subtract from area of square you'll get the required area.

I got 30.96 cm ^2
ans is 30.9 something, it cant be 452 as the area of the entire square is 144, check again
