Conclusion: 5 < 6 < 7 < 8, hence overall, 5 is smallest.

In sequence we get

→ (- 3, - 4) < (0, - 6) < (7, 0) < (- 8, 0)

Therefore (- 3, - 4) is closest to the orgin.
