So probability = 9975/10,000

2) total youngster = 400

Having Voter ID = 191

Not having id = 400-191 = 209

Probability = 209/400

3) probability of guessing right = X/2

Probability of not guessing right = X/5

We know, p (e) + p ( not e) = 1

So x/2 + x/5 = 1

7x = 10

X = 10/7
