(a+b+c)/3=8
a+b+c = 8*3=24............(1)

(a+b+c+d+e )/5=15
a+b+c+d+e =15*5=75......(2)

put (1) in (2)
24+d+e=75
d+e=75-24
d+e =51

mean = (d+e)/2
=51/2
20.5
