That is an informal letter. Write the letter like this:
Sender's address (In this case, write your address neatly. You can ask your address from your parents.)
Date (Date MUST be in full form, ex- December 17, 2021)
Salutation (Example- Dear Anna,)
The body (The body is what the topic is about, the main part of the letter. Minimum 2 paragraphs. Start it off with "How are you? I am doing great." and the continue with how your year was. The next paragraph, write about your plans for the new year and what you want to do to celebrate new year's eve. At the ending, you can conclude it with a statement like "So, hopefully you can come to the party. Hope to see you soon.")
Then close it with "Your friend,
