Given,

• Area of rectangle = 578m²

• Length of the plot is twice its breadth.

Solñ,

• Let the length be 'k'

• So, the breadth will be '2k'

To find,

• Area of rectangle = length × breadth

➙ 578 = k × 2k

➙ 578 = 2k²

➙ k² = 578/2

➙ k² = 289

➙ k = 17

$\bold \orange{length = 17}$

$\bold \purple{breadth = 2 \times 17 = 34}$

Perimeter = 2( l + b)

$\bold \red{perimeter = 2 \times 17 + 34 = 102}$

Therefore, length, breadth and Perimeter is 17, 34 and 102m respectively.
