Hello mate..

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

if x=3+2 root 2, find the value of root x-1/root x

Solution:

x = 3 + 2

= 1 + 2 + 2

=(1 + )2

After simplification, we get

= 2

= 2

To know more:

x=√3 +√2 /√3-√2

by rationalising

√3+√2/√3-√2× √3+√2/√3+√2

= (√3+√2)²/(√3+√2×√3-√2)

identities =

(a+b)²= a²+b²+2ab

a^2-b^2= (a+b)(a-b)

= (√3)²+(√2)²+2(√2×√3)/ (√3)²-(√2)²

= 5+2√6/3-2

= 5+2√6

in same way y =

5-2√6

xy =

(5+2√6)(5-2√6)

= (5)²-(2√6)²

= 25-24

= 1

x+y+xy=

5+2√6+5-2√6+1

2+√6 and2-√6 gets cancelled

= 5+5+1

= 11
