(a) Least counts:

⇒ Ammeter: \frac{300-200}{10} = 10mA = 0.01A

⇒ Voltmeter: \frac{3-2}{10} = 0.1 volts

(b)

Ohm's Law:

V = I · R (Note, V is in volts, I is in amps, and R is in ohms)

Here V and I are the observed values on the meters.

i.e V = 2.4volts and I = 250mA or 0.25A

R = \frac{V}{I} = \frac{2.4v}{0.25A} = 9.6

R = 9.6Ω
