yes, power sharing is desirable in a democracy becoz democracy implies equal right for all and popular representation. everyone should have a right to vote and get elected. but in every form of government , power sharing is not necessarily required as all citizens are not given equal political rights.
power sharing is necessary to ensure the stability of political order in a democracy . it is desirable to reduce the possibility of conflict between social groups . it ensures stability of government and unity of the nation
