use logarithm concept ,
when, argument and base are same elements then log =1
e.g xlog (a base a) = x
now,
given,
log(32/3125 base 2/5 )
you know ,
2^5 = 32
5^5 = 3125
hence ,
32/3125 = (2/5)^5
so, log{ (2/5)^5 base 2/5 }
= 5log ( 2/5 base 2/5)
=5
