If we take case of a farmer development for him is to get good quality of seeds or other materials at a cheap price and to have high yield of crops. And in the case of bussinessmen , development is get good profit in bussiness . Development for a young girl is to get basic freedom as to do what she wants . Farmers wants to increase price of grains for development and bussinessmen wants to expand his bussiness. In this way there are different ways of development for different people.
