Answer:

2.5m

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that,

Area of base = 80m^2.....(i)

Water = 2.0 × 10^5 or 200000 l

Volume of cuboidal water tank = l×b×h

l×b is the area of base

So we can say that,

Volume of cuboidal water tank = Area of base × Height

Water in it = 200000l

1m^3 = 1000l

So, 200000l = 200000/1000m^3

Volume of tank = 200m^3...(ii)

On keeping i and ii in yhe formula we get,

200m^3 = 80m^2 × h (h = height)

200m^3/80m^2 = h

Or 2.5m = h

Height = 2.5m Ans

rcagindiap9s19c: I HAVE DONE IN THE CORRECT WAY
av920410: That i dont know
av920410: i only comment that ans should be in m
rcagindiap9s19c: 1m^3 can hold 1000l..So, 200000l = 200m^3
rcagindiap9s19c: Height = Volume / Area of base
rcagindiap9s19c: HEIGHT = 200/80
rcagindiap9s19c: Height = 2.5 m
av920410: Yes
av920410: now u r right
rcagindiap9s19c: Mark it brainliest
