For a resultant of 3 forces to be zero, the magnitude of the forces must obey the rules of the sides of a triangle.

i.e., sum of any 2 sides is greater than or equal to the third side.

Therefore, opt-(a) doesn't  satisfy the condition.

Hence, opt-(a) is the answer.
