9)x=[(2/3)^2]^3×(1/3)^-2×3^-1×1/6
x=(2/3)^6×(3)^2×(1/3)^1×1/6
x=64/729×9×1/3×1/6
x=64/81×1/18
x=64/1458
reciprocal of x=1458/64
10)(3/8)^-5×(16/21)^-5=(2/7)^x
(2/7)^x=(3/8×16/21)^-5
(2/7)^x=(2/7)^-5
when base is same and there is '='sign,then power can be compare.
so,x=(-5)
so,x^3=(-125)
