I am very much thankful to the organisation with such a nice staff making all things clear in the class itself. We the students also want certain programmes that are necessary for ourselves. we request you to organise a trip to 'abc' hill station which is 'k' km from here. We will gain lot of knowledge of outer world if you approve it. Also as our exams are finished, it would be so relaxing for our minds and the fresh air. Also the days spent with all or friends will be memorable for the rest of our life. so kindly, I request you to think about it and organise the trip.

I am very glad and proud to say that l am part of this school, which takes care of us in all the way it can. I am very happy as you organised a trip to hill station last month. It was a most wonderful moments spent with all our friends. There is one thing I need to request that We need a canteen where we can take snacks or food at lunch or interval. Most of the students are coming with empty stomachs to reach school on time. We have to wait till lunch if we hadn't take our breakfast. It would be so happy if you take care on this part too.
8) I am 'abc' studying z class in your school. I was very eager and happy to join this school at first while joining. The school never has it's image down on any of the factors like good staff and infrastructure. But I think there should also be some co curricular activities that any interested student can involve. These co- curricular activities should be conducted on 2nd Fridays and Saturdays of every month so that students can develop themselves in that path too. I request you to think about this and take necessary steps in considering the type of co-curricular activity like chess clubs, essay writing competition, school decoration, photography etc.
