A healthy mind lives in a healthy body:
It is a phrase that is mostly used in sports and educational fields to express the fact that physical exercise is important or essential part of humans in psychological and mental manner.
In today's fast and busy life of people, we are competing with time in order to complete our daily to-do list. We are so busy that we do not get time to eat properly, do some physical exercise and even sleep adequately. Most of us remain constantly stressed. We are always under pressure to complete our targets. But, we are forgetting that in order to achieve all this, we need to remain healthy, physically and mentally. We are searching for mental peace all the time to cancel out the stress in our daily lives but, we do not realize that if we are neglecting our bodies, how can we nourish our mind.
we can get a big idea of healthy living if we look back to past how our ancestors lived a happy and stress free life.
So some of simple tips have to be followed to have a healthy mind in healthy body :
•Taking meals on time (or) Timely meals
• Doing Physical exercise (walking, jogging, yoga etc)
• Eating fruits and vegetables
• Drinking plenty of water
• Sleep tight (min. 7Hrs everyday)
• Feeling mentally relaxed and stress free
We must not forget that “Health is Wealth.” If we do not take care of our physical health, our mental health will automatically suffer. So, eat on time; sleep on time; do some exercise; take some small breaks; pursue your hobby to balance yourself; and move towards a healthy lifestyle and a healthier.
