The other side of square is also 5 m as all the sides of square are equal.
Given,
Area of rectangle = 900m^2
Length (l) = 6000 cm
= 6000/100 m
= 60 m
Breadth (b) = ?
Now,
Area of rectangle = l*b
Or, 900 = 60*b
Or, 900/60 = b
Or, b = 15 m
The breadth of rectangle is 15 m.

Answer:

1)5m

2)150m

Explanation:

1)area of a square = side * side

let the other side be x.

25 = 5 * x

x=25/5

x=5m

Other side is 5m.

2)area of a rectangle = length * breadth

1m = 100cm

6000cm=60m

let the breadth be x

60 * x = 900

x=900/60=150m

Breadth = 150m

x=150m
