i) A= benzoyl chloride, B= benzaldehyde

ii) A= acetone, B= propane

Explanation:

i)Any phosphorus chloride with c- acid gives acid chloride.

A converts to benzaldehyde by Rosenmund reduction.

ii) Any alkyl cyanide reacting with grignard reagent along with hydrolysis gives rise to ketone with 1 carbon more .

A converts to propane by clemmensen reduction.
