In evaporation you don’t need to put heat especially for this it can observe heat from atmosphere for example pour some water on ground and leave it for 2 hours you can observe that after 2 hours the water are less or completely not there it is because the water absorbs heat from atmosphere and this is called evaporation.there is no certain temperature for the water to evaporate.

In boiling the water has specific boiling point which is 100 degrees
