First the powers will cancel each other as they are same.
So what is left: (2x-p+c) - (2x+p-c)
Open the brackets.
What we got is: 2x-p+c-2x-p+c
The answer is :2c-2p
So what is left: (2x-p+c) - (2x+p-c)

The answer is :2c-2p
but this is expansions
