please help me informing the correct treatment for hypoeChoic in uterus​

First of all, get an ultrasound done to assure the presence of any uterine fibroids.

Then, get your blood tests done to know whether you have any menstrual disorders or any disease like anaemia.

If ultrasound doesn't help then you can go further for other tests like MRI, Hysterosonography, Hysterosalpingography or Hysteroscopy.

Treatment:

Medications for hypoechoic target hormones which regulate your menstrual cycle, they do not immediately remove fibroids, but they help to shrink them.

Medications include:

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) agonists, Progestin-releasing intrauterine device (IUD), Tranexamic acid (Lysteda)

There may be several other medications. You may consult your doctor for that purpose
