for being div. by 3
the sum of the no. should be div. by 3
here 6+5+4+5+p= 20+p
so the least no. div by 3 near 20 is 21
so p= 1

if the sum of digit of is divisible by 3 then no. is also divisible by3
6+p+5+4+5=p+20
20+1=21 is divisible by3
answer is 1
