F,D,C,A are all rhetorical

When you ask someone to mind their business, you aren't expecting an answer, you want them to know that they're bothering you so they can leave.

When you ask someone you're stupid, you also aren't expecting a yes or no answer

Asking someone about their behavior is letting them know that what they did was wrong

Asking about the development in the future is making the audience think how much more they're ready to destroy the earth, not expecting an outward answer.

B and E require answers
