We have,Area of the square=a²

=484 sq.cm

∴Side of the square=

 \sqrt{484}

=22cm

So,Perimeter of the square=4×side=4×22=88cm

Let r be the radius of the circle

Then, according to the question,

Circumference of the circle=Perimeter of the square.

⇒2πr=88

⇒2× 22/7r

r=88

⇒r= (88*7)/2*22

⇒r=14cm

∴Area of the circle=πr²

= 22/7 ×14²

= (22/7) ×14×14=22×2×14=616 sq.cm
