Since, you have been provided with the outer angles of the quadrilateral, take out the inner angles with the given property -
AngleGCH + angleHCB = 180 degree
(Linear pair)

After finding all the inner angles , use the property given below -
AngleA + angleB + angleC + angleD = 360 degree
(Sum of the angles of a quadrilateral is 360degree)

You will find the value of x

We know,

sum of all exterior angles of a quadrilateral is 360°.

50° + 90° + 115° + x° = 360°

255° + x° = 360°

x = 360° - 255°

x = 105°

Thus, the value of x is 105°.
