= 5+2+1 10
= 8 10 R eff = 10 8 =1.25
ii) Total current, I = I_{1} + I_{2} + I_{3} I_{3} 1 = 8A =5+2+1=8A
iii) Current through each resistor
I 1 = V R 1 = 10 2 =5 A
I 2 = V R 2 = 10 5 =2 A
I 3 = V R 3 = 10 10 =1A.
