Ratio of boys and girls = 5:3
let the no of boys be 5x and girls be 3x
no of boys in the class = 50
5x = 50
x = 50÷5
x = 10
no of girls in the class = 3x
=3×10
=30
Therefore,no of girls in the class are 30
