Sub: Complaint about your printer

I am writing to inform you about the discomfort I experienced because of the printer that you sold us. The printer is producing unbearable noise within a short time of use and the machine gets too hot.

The printing is also not good. The letters are not clear and the ink spreads on the paper very badly.

For these reasons, I would request you to replace the machine at the earliest. Looking forward to your immediate response.

The machine is making an unbearable sound and gets heated up very quickly even after using it for a short period.


The printing quality has also disappointed me as the ink spreads all over the paper.


I would like to request you to replace the machine as early as possible.
