In ∆OBC & ∆OAD

AD = BC -(given)

Angle OAD = Angle OBC -(each 90°)

and, Angle AOD = Angle BOC - (vertically opposite angles)

So, the two triangles

∆OAD is congruent to ∆OBC by Side Angle Angle Test of congruence

Therefore,

AO = OB

And hence we can say that CD bisects AB.

In triangle AOD and triangle BOC.

angle AOD = angle BOC ( vertically opposite angles)

angle CBO= angle DAO ( each =90)

AD= BC ( given)

such that, triangle AOD congruent to triangle BOC ( by AAS criteria for Congruence)

AO= BO ( CPCT)

Hence, CD bisects AB
