Please help me solve these problems:

1.An aircraft travelling at 600km/hr accelerates steadily at 10km/hr per second,taking the speed of sound as 1000km/hr at th aircraft's altitiudehow long will it take to reach the sound barrier.

2.If an bus travelled at 20m/sec is subjected to a steady deceleration of 5m/sec square.
How long will it take to come at rest?

1.given, initial speed=u=600km/hr

final speed=v=1000km/hr

acceleration=a=10km/hr

than,. t=?

We know that,

v=u+at

1000=600+10×t

1000-600=10t

400=10t

400÷10=t

40hr=t

Hance,. the time take by aircraft to reach the sound barrier is 40hr
