Given Equation Is 7x³ + 21x² = 0

By Factorisation Method -

7x³ + 21x² = 0

$\sf \rightarrow \: {7x}^{3} + {21x}^{2} = 0$

$\sf \rightarrow \: {7x}^{2} (x + 3) = 0$

Here we find two values of x

$\sf \rightarrow \: {7x}^{2} = 0 \: \: and \: \: (x + 3) = 0$

$\sf \rightarrow \: {x}^{2} = \frac{0}{7} \: \: and \: \: x = 0 - 3$

$\sf \rightarrow \: {x} = 0 \: \: and \: \: x = - 3$

VALUE OF 'X' IS -
