Solution:-

To Simplify:-

 \frac{ {9}^{ \frac{2}{3} } }{ {9}^{ \frac{1}{5} } }  \\

Formula:-

  \frac{{a}^{c} }{ {a}^{r} }  =  {a}^{c - r}  \\

By the Problem:-

\frac{ {9}^{ \frac{2}{3} } }{ {9}^{ \frac{1}{5} } }  \\ \\  \implies {9}^{ \frac{2}{3} -  \frac{1}{5}  } \\ \\  \implies \:  {9}^{ \frac{10 - 3}{15} } \\ \\  \implies \:  {9}^{ \frac{7}{15} }

Answer:-

\\  \implies \boxed{  {9}^{ \frac{7}{15} }}
