please help me. The question is of ballad of semmerwater. the question is, How did the begger punished the inhospitable city.

EXPLANATION :

The ballad depicts the story of beggar and about his immense curse. Once beggar reached the palace that was on the banks of the deep lake and he was quite hungry. He curses the city on the grounds that the rich king and queen did not give the food but the herdsman did so.
