 \frac{1}{5} (7x - 2) =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{7x}{5}  - 2 =  \frac{1}{4}

 \frac{7x}{5}  =  \frac{1}{4}  +  \frac{2}{1}

 \frac{7x}{5}  =  \frac{1 + 4}{4}

7x \times 4 = 5 \times 5

28x = 25

x =   \frac{25}{28}

x = 0.89
