This is for my assignment but I can't seem to proceed beyond this.
Topic - thriller/ horror story

Not long ago, in a land called Celestine, there lived an old lady named Shemerald. She was unlike any other person because she was obsessed with herself. She married a man in her twenties but got divorced that same year because she couldn't love him. All she did was adore herself with beautiful ornaments and perfumes. She only had time for herself.
Years passed and because of her obsession, people kept their distance from her. It wasn't until old age arrived that she began to realise she wasn't so pretty. In fact, with wrinkles showing, she started despising herself. That is when, she decided enough was enough. She consulted a witch who told her that she would regain her youth if and only if she sacrifice around 40 children.
Shemerald was heartless so she didn't care much for the kids. The excitement to get back her youthful life pleased her.
