Question :----- we have to Find Area of above figure ..

Formula used :---

• Area of rectangle = l×b
• Area of Quadrilateral = Base × Height
• opposite sides are equal if they are parallel..

Now,

Area of upper Rectangle is :-----

Length = 3cm

breadth = 1cm

Area = 3×1 = 3cm²

Now, Area of middle Quadrilateral :-------

Base = 3cm

Height = 2cm

Area = 3 × 2 = 6cm²

Area of Lower Quadrilateral :---------

Base = 3cm

Height = 1cm

Area = 3×1 = 3cm² .

so, Area of Total figure = 3+6+3 = 12cm² ..
