Just Give your mobile to your Parents...
And Ask them to remind you Not To Let you use it...
They Will be Happy.. And it Will Help you..
Try to Find interest in Other co. curriculum...
Like music or sports...
If you wanna go hardcore...
Just Format your Mobile And Put in inside a safe or something...
Then go inside your room... Cry loudly...
And Then Forget about your Mobile For GOOD.
