Dear Sir,
We have the honour to express our views about the problem of anti-social activities in Sirajganj. For the last several months, some anti-social elements are in operation in this upzilla. They rob the passers-by of their valuables at the point of dagger. Sometimes they wander with revolvers and bombs to raid shops, houses etc. Sometimes they turn violent and destroy public and private properties. Moreover, they often taunt and tease the school and college going girls, cheat the shopkeepers, give no fair to the rickshaw pullers and behave roughly with people and passers-by. In a word, unrest, anarchy and violence have spread in every walk of life and the people of the upzilla are living in extreme panic.
Under the above circumstances, we earnestly pray and hope that you would try to realize the panic and anxiety with which we are passing our days and would take proper steps for dealing with these anti-social activities as early as possible.
